[ The seating rocks and his eyes widen, then for entirely romantic and not scared reasons he drapes an arm around Molly's shoulders, settling closer. It's different to flying, the ground is ominously drawing away from them at a crawl. ]

[ He points at the three intact white brownstone houses in the midst of the shittier ones, grinning widely. ]

...and over there is your ship!

[ Yes, he has finally learned that it is ship, not boat. ]

Oh, look at that. We should ask the Augur to make up some of the houses around ours, we stick out like a sore thumb in that shitty neighbourhood.

[ He munches his candyfloss, offering Molly a piece on his tongue. ]

Ish eesholeeng!

[ It's dissolving! ]

[ Molly breaks into laughter at the attempt at words, but uses his own tongue to lick off the offered treat. ]

What was that? I don't speak Zemnian.

[ Utterly unforeseen, he steals a sticky kiss. He would make such a great sneaky rogue! ]

Smartass. [ Fjord reclines, grabbing Molly when the seat swings. Yikes. ] This thing is really starting to shit me up, is it safe? We should go on something smaller, next ...

[ The sneakiest boy!

When the seat swings again Molly puts his hand over Fjord's with a small smile. Hero killing false gods but scared of a little wiggle. ]

Smaller, huh? Like your arms?

[ Squishing Molly in a hug! ]

[ Molly squeaks as he's hugged and then wraps his arms around Fjord in return, laughing. ]

You're definitely smaller than this swing! You're a whole twig!

Wow, you are the rudest date. If we weren't thirty feet in the air I'd storm off!

[ So much cuddling, getting comfy for a second pass on the wheel as they reach the front. ]

[ He flips his hair and then makes a mock-gasp of indignance. ]

My legs are smashing, don't you dare!

[ Molly sticks a leg up happily. ]

[ Fjord's squark comes as Molly's leg rocks the seat, those green arms holding on tighter. ]

Ooh, okay. I regret the decision I made today to come here!

[ His eyes soften at that and he leans to Fjord with a smile. ]

Don't stress, love. It's fine, people have been riding it without issue. Look out over the island instead.

[ Molly sighs. ]

...for all its weird shit, it's beautiful.

[ He can admire the island while clinging to Molly, these two things are not mutually exclusive. ]

Mmm. It's an island, alright. [ He makes a point of brushing some long hair aside from where the wind has hooked it on a horn, eyeing Molly. ] Beautiful? Yes, I'll grant you that.

[ Molly's chest is so full and he smiles at Fjord again, leaning in for a kiss just as the ferris wheel reaches the highest point and stops for a moment. Cheeky robots saw them getting sweet, apparently. ]

When we get home, take me out to sea. Show me the ocean, let me meet Orly and your sailors. Maybe I'll get one of those gem tattoos.

[ Sneaky robots ... but he appreciates the view and time alone with Molly on top of the ferris wheel. ]

Absolutely, I bet Orly could tattoo anything you wanted. The Nein Heroez is our ship back home, it's not massively different to the one docked here, you'll like it. I'll take you to Darktow, if you like. Pirate island.

Nein Heroez. That's amazing.

[ Molly laughs, so excited and fond at the same time. ]

Pirate island? Oh, I definitely want to go there!

If Beau's busy with Yasha, like Jester said, you can be my first mate.

[ The way he laughs at the wordplay rocks the seating as he leans back, but he doesn't seem to care. Green fingers brush through the back of Molly's hair. ]

I'll take you, we can sail the high seas together. I'll make sure of it.

[ Molly's also quite amused, leaning into the touch to his hair with a pleased sigh. ]

Oh-ho? What does being a first mate entail?

[ Sailing what he imagines being just as pretty blue water and endless horizons like you could see on a good, sun-day here. It makes him so excited! ]

Bossing everyone around for me. [ Humming thoughtfully, he rests his temple on a horn. ] We should really teach you more about the ship ...

[ He looks down at Molly, wondering if he's not being too forward. They got the house out of necessity, and yet ... things are different now. ]

I'd like the ship to become our new home. Everything is fine at the house, but it would be nice to have somewhere of our own while we're here. Not just a bedroom now, you know? You could have your own bedroom too on the ship, there's a first mate's quarters ... for if we argue and you want to ram me in the head with these.

[ Chinning that horn. ]

I want to know everything. How to pull lines and make the sails come down, and how to steer... fire cannons and fight pirates. It sounds like a perfect life.

[ Molly sounds so, so fond as he speaks, any fear of commitment blown away when speaking about futures and going where the wind takes them. A life of experiences and fun. A world where he isn't dead and he is loved and loves. ]

Yeah. I would like that. It's a home.

[ The next part makes him laugh and he pokes Fjord's middle just as the seat starts moving again. (They're no longer making out, so the robots lets the next pair up at the top.) ]

Like I'd sleep anywhere else than in that fancy bed. I'll just make you walk the plank first.

We can practice on the paintball cannons for now.

[ He oofs when poked, happy to hear Molly's enthusiasm for all of it. ]

Want to move some stuff in later? Let's keep our room at the house though.

[ Molly's imagining hitting things with paint and just smiling with nearly childish glee. ]

I would like that. Just enough to make it ours.

And ... when we get home, we could dock the real ship at Nicodranas. I think you'll like it there, it's beautiful.

Maybe when we're not on the ship, [ super casual, ] we could get a place somewhere?

I would love to see Nicodranas. I want to meet Jester's mom, and see all the things that come from all over the world. I want to try new fruits, food, jewelry and clothes...

[ Molly loses himself in dreams for a moment, and then Fjord's question draws him back to the moment. He smiles and leans in for a little kiss. ]

Yeah. Somewhere where we can see our friends whenever we want but that's also ours.

[ He's apparently all aboard on this. How could he not? It is so exciting and new! ]

[ Marvelling at how easy it is to plan a life together, Fjord beams with a smile. ]

I love you so much.

[ As they descend to the ground he slips his hand into Molly's and gives it a squeeze, helping him off the ride with a hop. ]
