[ With permission he leans up on a bent arm and brushes his fingertips down the ridges on a horn, curiously running over the tips and down to the holes, gentle in case they're weaker there. He continues up into wavy hair to the base where Molly said they're sensitive and locks eyes with him then, seeking out where scalp turns into horn. ]
[ He leans his head a bit so Fjord has access, smiling as the half-orc trails his fingers over the ridges and explores. Once he reaches the base he sighs softly. ]
[ Well, then. He hasn't the willpower to refuse Molly anything and kneads around the base of that horn in slow circles, gathering and releasing thick locks of hair as he goes.
A kiss pecks the corner of that happy sigh. ]
I wonder if you'll blush like a flower if I keep going.
[ Molly lays down with Fjord, cuddling up so that his boyfriend(!) has access to his horns and nothing is poking anyone. He smiles, curling his tail around Fjord's leg. ]
Mmm... so good to me.
[ He makes a little happy noise that almost sounds like a purr, relaxing under Fjord's touch. ]
[ It makes him chuckle to have Molly so docile, petted like a prize cat. The purr warms his heart and softens his gaze, a world away from the wild creature that moans and shrieks for funds on his website. ]
[ It only takes a few more rubs before Molly is dozing off, eventually falling asleep in Fjord's arms. Sweetly, innocently. This is what was different from all the flings he's had, all the times he shows off to usernames and tips.
Someone who just holds him through the night.
The next day, they're both woken up by Yasha, who has gotten the other tent down already. In typical Molly fashion, he buries his face in Fjord's chest and whines. Gods, how he hates mornings. ]
[ Fjord sleeps like the dead, nuzzling his tiefling until he falls asleep. When morning comes he's as bad as Molly and hides with him under the blankets, grumbling and groaning into a soft head of hair and reliable horns that his cheeks rest on comfortably. ]
[ Nobody's getting Starbucks if we do not get going. Yasha manages to sound promising and threatening all in one, which is a great way to get Molly to pay attention. He still wines but gives her a thumbs up before kissing Fjord softly. ]
[ Starbucks sounds amazing. Coffee sounds like life. ]
Tell them we'll be out in ten minutes ... we can get dressed while I'm kissing the gorgeous creature warming my bed.
[ It's a challenge but he's up to multitasking, reaching for a fresh hoodie with one hand while kneading at a sleepy tiefling's thigh with another, reluctant to lose all that bare skin in a hurry. ]
[ Molly keeps making little unhappy whines, but the kisses placate him and he reaches for his pants, throwing his wrinkled shirt on. He's absolutely in the way of Fjord's dressing, though, leaning on him like the most needy cat in the world.
Once the boots are on, he finally stops stalling and starts getting up instead, called by the promise of coffee with ridiculous amounts of sugar. ]
[ Fjord is the last out of the tent and he looks about as rank as anyone else who has been living in a field without a shower for three days (and having sex, oops), more closely resembling someone who went to a weekend festival than a larp event. His hoodie covers bare skin and his jeans are the good reliable pair, worn through on the knees, boots partly laced and hair askew after he ran his hands through it in an attempt at a civilised ponytail.
He helps get the tent down and packed away, stretching and yawning all the while ... shooting Molly some winks along the way. ]
Let's get a big breakfast at the first roadside mall we come by.
[ Molly actually helps a little more effectively this time, because that coffee is calling him - and together they all manage to pack it all up and get ready to leave. Yasha gets into the car while Molly has briefly disappeared to say goodbye to a few people, and then finally they're ready to get on the road.
Grinning at Fjord and blowing him a kiss, Molly hops into the rental car and immediately steals the aux cord while Yasha rolls her eyes fondly.
Once they're on the road, he looks up close malls that have both a breakfast place and a Starbucks on his phone, sending suggestions to Fjord (and hoping Cad either reads it to him or is the one driving). ]
Possibly taking twenty minutes longer than it should, they all pull up to the second food mall and Fjord waves at Yasha's car as he races inside to find the first brand that sells bacon sandwiches, not even his love for Molly stalling his pace as he skips over some small bushes. ]
[ This is such a couple thing to do over the phone and it warms Molly's heart so much. Once they turn into the parking lot he watches the half-orc rushing by like a doofus, hunting for his bacon. Molly waits until they manage to find a parking spot, following along with the rest of the group as they head into the mall.
They're all kind of grungy and Molly's still wearing some of his costume, but not too many people seem to notice until they all clamber into the small food area to pick their foods. They get a few weird looks, but at least no comments.
Molly piles up breakfast muffins and eggs, a waffle and some fruit for his plate, and then takes Starbucks orders from everyone so he can go get it while the rest get their food. ]
[ Fjord gets his breakfast roll and a bucket of fried chicken as well as a large fizzy drink, living the wild life as Caduceus amusedly puts it. By the time Molly comes back with coffee orders Fjord has stuffed his face enough to pay attention to something other than his food and gives him a cheery smile as he bites into his KFC. ]
[ He smiles, handing everyone their drinks and sipping something weird out of a cup that barely looks like it counts as coffee. He sits down to dig into his own food, and is quickly shown to be a food thief of the worst caliber, which is probably why Yasha got extra food. ]
[ He sneaks a hand into Fjord's free one, smiling. Every time the half-orc opened his mouth, he felt more and more sure that this wasn't it. That there would be more. ]
I'd like to see your home.
[ Learn more about this sweet man, more than the two weeks or so they had spoken. ]
I'm mostly free next week, aside from Friday when I have that interview.
[ He sips his drink as they eat, enjoying the fruit even if it's a mushy mall version. Then he excuses himself to the bathroom and waves as he heads off. Yasha is still eating her blueberry muffin as she watches Molly leave, and then turns to Fjord.
I don't have to warn you about not hurting him, I'm pretty sure you already know your body will never be found. She says softly, like she didn't just threaten him. You've seen the good days, but Molly has bad ones, too. ]
[ I know you wouldn't willingly do so, but Molly is new to relationships so he's pretty nervous. There's a small smile in there, soft and a bit sad at the same time. He's all I have left, so I like seeing him so happy. Thank you, Fjord.
A moment later, Molly comes back, hair smoothed back with a bit of water and a smile on his face. ]
I'm going to have an hour-long shower when we come home.

I'm pretty sure I'll fall asleep, at least.

Come here, I'll get to the other one.

I had a great time this weekend, you guys.

If you want to meet up next week I'd love to make you dinner. Or ... order us a pizza for a night in.
